Left of One Palm Corner and along the wall is Burnside Roundhouse and Station, owned by the club in memory of Charlie Burns. These three modules, containing a round house, turntable, brewery, passenger yards, and station were purchased by Charlie Burns and donated to the club prior to his death on January 20, 1997. Notice the interior detail in the smaller, roof-less roundhouse building. The club is planning to re-motor the turntable and renovate and refurbish this module complex. The William Kimpel Brewery may have to be moved as part of this renovation.
